Drive all the way there and just find out that it was a drive through only , the signs say open till 2 AM but nothing states that was from drive through only , may be our fault

I just spent 50 dollars worth of tacos at the hillside nj location I opened the tacos with 5 hour old meat. I never seen tacos so old in my life. I'm writing a review to the corporate office this location gives taco bell a bad name. Needs to close down. I will never order from there again. Worse food ever. Seriously ever. I just called this location at 1040 pm ur female Manger would not give her name but she should be fired. This food is crazy and she gives the organization a bad name.....

Placed an online order... the location couldnt fulfill order and once given my name the employee laughed on the speaker due to not being able to make the order.... no way to cancel order on app while management had no clue to help or offer any type of replacements not caring about the order. Its been over a month and no return contact from location or corpate complaints. Basically worthless and taco bell rather steal from their customers and play silent. Not my first issue with taco bell in general.

Quick. In and out. Best to know what you want ahead of time so you can order at the order station. When I got to the pick up, my stuff was ready. She even gave me assorted sauces which was nice of her.

Drive through wait wasn't too long but the window intercom staff was pushy, and not too pleasant. Our order was correct, and the food tasted as expected. This location is usually reliable but with a mediocre experience

I just left an honest 3 star review, due to receiving a taco combo that came with no sauce packets, which was Dissopointing.
It's a mistake I get that.
But Doordash blocked an honest 3 star review stating the same claiming vulger language??
I love Taco bell but will never use Doordash to order again.

The food wasn't hot or fresh, and my cheese for my nacho fries was just tossed in the bag and half of it spilled out. Bad service, food was good for taco bell quality but not hot.

This location will mess up your order every time, you can tell him not to add anything to your order, it will come up on the screen, it would be on your ticket, and they will still put it on.
