Mcdonald's

The medium fry was a far cry from full and nothing like advertised. I remember as a kid, these cardboard holders were brimming with fries. They need to update the advertisement to reflect the real deal. Also, we tried to order a cup of tap water as we don't like purified Dasani bottled water. We've never been charged for a cup of water at ANY McDonald's but we were told they don't have any free water (I would have paid a few cents for the cup but it sounded like it was bottle or nothing) So, we skipped the water. Since I'm leaving a review, I'll also note this location doesn't serve the breakfast burrito all day. I've run into this before but the majority of McDonalds offer it all day. This is significant for our family. My 5 yr old son eats limited meat but he will eat a breakfast burrito any day. So, that's our "go to" or he orders nothing. But that's not the reason for my review. My issue is with the sad state of our medium fry and denied request for a cup of tap water.

I go here frequently, say 200 breakfasts over the years. This trip ranked close to bottom. About 20 minutes for breakfast from order. 3 cars ahead of me. Only cash I have been told about 9/10 times recently. Seems odd since most people went away from cash. I always have cash..but what's the issue? Guy in front bought thru an app.. took 2 people 3 times to look at his phone to fix whatever the issue was. I typically go for and love the coffee. It was cold and burnt at 420 AM? Food was "off" as well, can't say what, just didn't taste normal. The consistent taste and speed is why fast food became popular. At least the woman taking orders was very pleasant. If I lose 20 minutes getting breakfast, I'm better off cooking at home.

Went to this McDonald's as the one on the parkway is now closed. I was pleasantly surprised that they've upgraded to a 2 speaker ordering kiosks to make things move faster. The drive-thru staff was friendly and courteous. The order came out exactly as ordered and was nice and hot! This will be my go to Mikey Deez from now on! 👍🏾💯

All the times I have ordered from here something has gone wrong, they completely change my order, forget something, or give me raw burger. This last time I ordered they charged me $6 just fir a sandwich, I ordered small fries and they gave me a kids size half empty. When I asked the person ay the window what a price was he said "I don't know" with an attitude.

After starving myself from my flight into Newark because the restaurants at my origin airport were closed, I wanted to chow down on some McDonalds. I ordered a double filet o fish with onions and tomato and only received a single filet o fish. I also ordered a double quarter pounder and it was literally just meat and bread; no ketchup, mustard, onions, nothing. I popped open my filet o fish box real quick and noticed it was a single and I said “Hey wait this isn’t what I ordered” and the lady just kept walking away. F me, right? This was around 11pm and I couldn’t go inside to fix my issue and the drive through had 5 cars behind me and I wasn’t trying to loop back in line and wait to get it all fixed. Thanks for the memories, Newark.
