We visited chang's place for dinner with a reservation made the before day.
The ambiance of the place is warmth and decent.
Once we entered the staff gave us a warm welcome and asked for reservation.
They took us to our table and addressed our stuart to us.
The place is calm and has glam lights around.
The table given to is was comfy but distance from the other table beside us wasn't that comfortable going in and coming out.
Our order was :
Soup : wonton
We ordered it cup size and no pork.
The broth tasted really good but the chicken chunks weren't soft enough they were like eraser/rubber. Rest of ingredients went well with the soup. The cup serves only for 1 person.
Main course : Asian grilled salmon & fried chicken rice with hot sauce
Grilled salmon we opted for fully cooked and max spicy. It was ok . Fish was seasoned good and cooked well. But the sides it was given with made the dish look dry.
Fried rice with hot sauce:
Fried rice was really good , i liked it the most but the hot sauce given with it wasn't that spicy as expected. But the fried chicken rice is worth a try.
Dessert : NY Cheesecake
This was my husband fav. He loved it to the core and enjoyed every bit was it.

Food is good, but they frequently screw up orders.. The main thing that keeps me coming back is their attention to allergies. If you ask for anything not to be included in a dish, they'll ask if it's a preference or an allergy. As someone who has some food allergies, this is an amazing question to be asked. I've never heard another restaurant ask that question before. Normally you tell a restaurant you cannot eat something, and the waiter will just put it on the ticket like a preference, not a bolded "DO NOT INCLUDE THIS ITEM" (so the kitchen has no idea).
Another positive was once when I was there, a homeless man tried to buy some rice from them. They refused to take his money and gave him a large for free. Little things like this are part of the reason I come back.
I like their food for the most part. I think some of their dishes have too much ginger in them, but that's my only complaint about their food. Their seasonal menu is a nice, but the dishes are hit or miss.
I used to order takeout from here quite often, but less frequently now. The problem is getting what you ordered. They have screwed up 90% of my orders (this is not an exaggeration). Order a large soup with you're lunch special? They'll forget the small one that comes with the lunch special. Pay extra for something on a dish (extra meat/added veggies)? Chances are you didn't get it. You have to pay extremely close attention to what they read off to you when you pick it up. They should be reading off the packaging. They are supposed to write down what's in each container on the container. If they are reading off the receipt, don't trust a word they say. Inspect the dishes carefully.
When these things go wrong though, they will give you the item for free and sometimes include a gift card for your trouble. If you have an issue with your takeout, call them up and they are normally willing to help. Plus, if you don't call them, how are they to know their kitchen is constantly screwing up the orders?
Business lunch with a large crowd. Service was good and they provided some extras. Calamari was good. Honey chicken nice sweetness with a decent crunch. Prices are a bit high.
The Boss. I came here with the boss one time and had the 'Hot Fish.' Do you know why I ordered that? I'll tell you why: it was the most expensive thing on the menu and my boss was paying. Was I disappointed? Hell no! That $36 entree was worth every penny. I would order it again if he was paying!
I love the lo mein noodles with pretty much any meat they offer. It is a pretty expensive place to eat but in my experience, you get what you pay for.
Interesting. This is an interesting place to go. It's very noisy inside, but love the layout of the restaurant. Great lettuce wraps - never leave hungry. Good, unique food.
Love it. A great place to hang with the girls after shopping the street.
Best chineese food! All.... Best chinese food! All white meat chicken, fresh ingredents, taste is fantastic. Only place I go for chinese. Service is always top notch. And they have happy hour from 3-6 daily.
Vegetarian Food: I love the strawberry cucumber refresher. The lettuce wraps was delicious. I tried the Mapo Tofu and while I am not comfortable with the texture of silken tofu, the flavors were good. The eggplant stir fry is usually delicious. Customer service was great.
There were lots of people dinning here. I could only get a spot by the bar counter. That's were I had my meals. Wild Bass with spinach, broccoli, mushrooms and brown rice. I took home the veggies I couldn't finish, oh yes is my money! 🤩🤩
Great tasting food! Good sizes food servings! Little bit on the pricey side but great service & clean restaurant & busy at all was nice.

Shopping at Bridgeport Village usually means a visit to P.F. Chang's. We live about 45 minutes away and don't have P.F. Chang's any closer since the downtown Portland location closed a few years ago. Yes, P.F. Chang's is a chain and not really "authentic" but it's still tasty. Plus, the food is generally pretty consistent and that's a plus.
We weren't wanting a full meal on our last visit so just ordered appetizers to eat. We asked for steamed shrimp dumplings, pan-fried pork dumplings, tempura shrimp roll and lettuce wraps. My husband loved the shrimp dumplings and tempura. I liked the pork dumplings but they were close to being burned. The pork inside the dumplings could have also used more seasoning as it wasn't very flavorful. The taste came mostly from the sauce I added. The lettuce wraps were as great as always and we even had leftovers! The restaurant recently changed their plateware and I think their new serving dishes look spectacular.
We sat outside on the front patio and it was perfect weather for this. Our server was attentive and helpful and helped make for a nice afternoon break.

Service was excellent. The facility was very clean, nice ambiance and good for elderly, disabled to get around. The food was tasty but, we ordered a tofu and vegetable dish that arrived with no tofu. Lol! We also ordered a chicken and broccoli dish that had the littlest amount of chicken. The crispy chicken was not crispy. Drinks and other portions were great.
Our server, Frank, was extremely attentive! I've never had a better server in my life! The food was amazing and he even changed our plates out after our appetizer when they got dirty. He was super fast and always made sure our drinks were filled. Thank you Frank! You're awesome!
