Cold Stone Creamery

Disappointed with this visit. We've been to a different location and had a great experience so we expected the same this time. The staff weren't nice and acted like they didn't even want to make our orders. I asked for a waffle bowl. The lady put it in a regular bowl. When I told her I wanted it in the waffle bowl she actually rolled her eyes! Not nice!! We won't be going here next time we go out for ice cream!

It was close to 4pm Sun and they were out of waffle cones and weren't making more, said they sold 25 yesterday well, what about today, r u so afraid of taking a loss on cones, that u will disappoint a 1st time visitor to your store??? No medium cups, however she made my ice cream in a large cup and was generous. The ice cream was great.

Horrible horrible customer service the first girl to help me and my friends never finished my friends transaction. Then during my check out my husbands ice cream was getting made and she demanded to know what my husband was having I told her she would have to ask him because I didn’t know. When I asked for a manager she pointed and said she’s over there. And I replied well can you get her. She goes and whispers to the manager then tells me I need to come BEHIND their counter to speak with her. How unsanitary ! I don’t care how busy she was you are a manager ! And to ask for a customer to come back to your work area is unprofessional

FYI This Coldstone can not accept Coldstone Gift cards. I ordered a cake to be picked up at 10. I showed up at 11 and they did not have it despite the confirmation email. I ended up waiting 10 minutes to be shown the wrong cake and then 10 more minutes for them to add the lettering to the new cake. They gave me another cake, but I still would recommend a stand alone Coldstone. I have not ever been impressed with this Tim Horton's stand in.

I love Cold Stone but there's a female worker who portions ice cream very badly. I went in for a Gotta Have It and it looked like she was trying to fit twice as much in the cup, and only added one piece of cookie dough and one Reese Cup. I asked for a lid and couldn't even close it and by the time I got home the ice cream had melted everywhere. In my car seat, on my jacket, on my purse, etc.

Place was dirty. Bananas in a fruit bowl on top of the counter were black and had peels sitting with them. Told the employee i had a peanut allergy and she treated it like it wasnt important. My boyfriend told her his order 4x, she had to go clean the blenders, and she still got it wrong. Charged the card and didnt even bother to give us the receipt.
