Worst tim Hortons in the area. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to find another. Or just go to Starbucks around the corner. Got a meal wasn't asked what my drink was for the meal. They immediately used 1 of my kids chocolate milks assuming it was the drink for the meal. They don't know what "assorted chocolate" means. Slow service, terrible management, complete incompetence.

I paid $2 to add cream cheese to my bagel. There's not even enough to smear across one half of my bagel, let alone the second half. If I'm paying $2 for something as simple as cream cheese on my bagel, I expect to get my money's worth. Ridiculous that they can charge that much for half a tablespoon of cream cheese.

I normally don't have a problem picking up orders that I make online in the drive thru but today I had one of the worse experiences at Tim Horton at this location. I pull up to get my order and one of the workers tells me he doesn't see my order and I need to show him on my phone. While he's asking he's being rude and condescending as if I was lying or that I made the pick up at the wrong location. Eventually a second worker find my order and asked me to pull forward to wait for my food. They couldn't complete my order completely because they didn't have Tim Bits so I asked for blueberry muffins to equal the cost of a 20 piece timbit. I only received 1 blueberry muffin. The weekend shift that works in the afternoon at this location is trash. They sucked so bad that I felt the need to get on Google and leave this review.

I don’t know if ownership/management has changed at this place but service went from exceptional to unimaginable in the last 2 months. Drive through line went from seconds spent in line to 15 minutes. They gave me wrong order 5 times in a row and I am not kidding how does that happen. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and I should just go to the speedway across the street.

Edit 7/10/22 tried to get four dozen doughnuts at 5am for my coworkers. Went around the building twice, no one inside. No where on the building or any door do they list their hours. This store used to be open 24 hours. I used to come here several times a week when I was on nightshift. Now, I have no idea. Not open and no hours posted. Seems like that should be a requirement if you have a "business" you should have to post your hours. This location has really gone downhill. 9am, 14 cars in line at drive thru. Line is backed out into parking lot for nearby shopping center, and moving very very slowly. It's o.k., I'll just go inside. NOPE, all the doors are locked. Im supposed to get ten dozen doughnuts in the drive thru? Get back into car, look at line and decide they really don't want my business. It's o.k. they have plenty of money, the workers drive BMW's

Yesterday, I went through the drive thru around 11 am. Fast service and friendly staff. The medium white hot chocolate and a toasted multi grain bagel with strawberry cream cheese were as I ordered and as expected. I'd rate this visit 4 stars. However.... Two of the three other times I've gone to this location over the past 4 - 5 months, I've ordered their cafe mocha, which used to be my favorite drink there for years. It was 2.5 stars at best. Very weak tasting, like it was made with a powdered mix and they used maybe half as much as they should have. The other one of the three times I went in for a birthday treat for my son with my family (six of us total) and we ordered a dozen donuts and several drinks which were all very good. The gentleman who waited on us was not only very nice, but very patient while each of us in our group decided on two donuts each of the dozen. I'd give this visit 5 stars. Also, I've met up with people for small group meetings three or four times a year at this location and the service is always good and the location clean. Overall, I'd give this location 4 stars as long as you don't order the cafe mocha (and, lesson learned, always try your drink before you leave!).

Anything else? Anything else? Not cool. Or polite, or welcoming or anything except “I’m bothered and want you to be done and leave”. No one likes to deal with this when ordering from a drive thru. It’s universal excepted as rude, isn’t it? Certainly the managers or someone working there knows this.
