Wendy's

Absolutely horrible management- specifically the manager named Judy. I ordered 2 meals. The gentleman at the 1st window at the register was great. The next window had a young gentleman working who was super nice, as well. However, I was handed 1 correct drink and the other drink was incorrect. I asked him what drink this was and he said sorry and got the drink from me then closed the window. I waved him down and said I still didn’t get my second drink. So, he corrected this and was very pleasant about it. However, I originally asked for extra dipping sauce when ordering. When I asked for it before I pulled off, the manager, Judy, became very, VERY rude.. Because of her, I will go to the Wendy’s down the street and never to this location again. Great staff but horrible management.

Cashier didn't listen.. ended up paying for and getting food I didn't order.. become to big a hassle to try and get her to correct the order so I just eat what I had but I won't let that happen again.. went to wash my hands..no soap no towels and had to stand in pee at the urinal.. just hope the kitchen was clean.. very disappointed with Wendy's.. Dave would have fired them..

These comments span over a few visits. I ordered sweet tea amd received mostly got ice and water, could not taste any tea and the manager gave me this drink. when going through the drive thru the menu board is not lit up after dark, it can take a few mins for someone to ask to take your order. went through the drive through tonight and watched a teenage gentleman stand there looking at his cell phone for 2 to 3 mins before he acknowledged I was at the window to pay. This is one of the stores I will avoid going through in the future.

The worst staff i have ever seen. The girl or atleast i think she was. Literally called me an f'in B then proceeded to flip me off after driving away. This was all over nothing really. She kept saying hello and I was nowhere near the speaker. So when I finally got to the speaker she emediatly gave me the ghetto attitude and was being very rude. I will be calling corporate and making sure she is fired.

If I could leave a ZERO STARS for the wendys on Hilliard Rome and Robert's I would. I literally just left ordered 2 large fries no salt, two chocolate chip cookies n 3 small frosties. I guess they didn't feel like making new fries cause the ones I received were cold old n salty. I'm calling corporate tomorrow cause 13.00 for that is unacceptable
