Steak Escape

I probably eat at this steak escape more than anybody, and I always get the same thing, a crispy Buffalo chicken with well done fries. This is the best managed and staffed steak escape in the city of Columbus with high employee retention and it shows in the quality of the service. The food is well worth the wait and price 🤙🏼

I worked in 2 Philly cheesesteak restaurants and enjoyed them a lot. I have been to this Steak Escape a couple times previously and enjoyed it alot. Last night Hoagie City was closed so I went here. It was not good. The whole idea is to chop the steak into bite size peices instead the cook merely separated the steak into a few 2 inch square pieces and I never thought I would say this but then he proceeded to put entirely too much cheese whiz on my sandwich fortunately the manager was paying attention and they added the bacon to the sanwich after it had already been wrapped up to be bagged. I am not saying I will not go back again but will be awhile before I am tempted to try it.

I used to love this place, but the last two times I've been here I've been so disappointed. Last time my sandwich was made on a bun no bigger than a chain restaurant breadstick. Today, my large sub may have had two ounces of meat and one ounce of cheese on the whole sub. It was essentially a lettuce and mayo sandwich on bad bread. The staff is very nice, but I'll pass on the food from now on.

This location has some of the best food around. The staff is super friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. The prices are awesome for what you get. Highly recommend eating here. If I could give this location a 10 I would. Highly satisfied. The manager and his staff here are fantastic. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You won't be dissapointed
