Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst chipotle experience I have ever had. Ordered two sofritas burrito bowls and informed them that I am vegan. It came with a giant piece of steak on top. No apology whatsoever. Opened the replacement only to also have steak on top. I walked in instead after being given beef twice and was met by very rude service manager named Randall who laughed at my concerns and didn’t even offer me my money back or apologize. Kept walking toward me despite me backing away, so strange. To my vegan friends chipotle is not a safe option. I used to to go to chipotle multiple times per week but will never ever be back. I spent 20 on food I couldn’t eat. The kitchen was one of the nastiest I have ever seen. I’m so disgusted on so many levels.

I used to dine here multiple times a week, but the food quality and service has consistently gone downhill. It especially declined during the pandemic and with the addition of the drive-thru. If you want lower quality “Mexican” food with mediocre service, my advice is to save some money by heading to Taco Bell instead.

Not sure what's going on here, but this is the 5th time in a row we've been here after 08:30 (store closes at 10PM) and they've been out of Steak and other proteins. i can see this happening on occasion, but 5 times in a row. That negated 4 of the 5 orders I was putting in. I'm not sure why they're out, but 2 of the times it appeared they were starting to clean the kitchen as they stove appeared to be moved and someone was cleaning behind and around it. The single order we did get, was a small portion of chicken that seemed like it was sitting for a bit. We seen someone cutting fresh protein (not sure what it was). seriously will think about looking elsewhere.

I just paid $16+ for a snack. What happened to the portions? I get a veggie bowl and there might be 10 black beans in my bowl. The bottom of the pan was scraped instead of getting a new pan. The quality/quantity here has definitely gone down. I don't usually complain about the amount I'm given but this has gotten ridiculous. The few other customers in line were making comments as well. Not a good look when you have Bibibop and the Hummus and Pita place so nearby now. Maybe explains why there was barely a line at Chipotle.

This was our worst experience ever at Chipotle’s. We entered at 8:55 and they we mopping floors, mind you they don’t close until 10. The counter and work area where the orders are prepared was covered with loose food, ect…. The young man which prepared our order was a very unfriendly young man, I don’t think he likes his job or would rather be out with his friends. He made us feel like we were imposing on his evening. Portions were extremely skimpy, didn’t steam shell and forgot my husbands shells. The dining area was not a place you would want to eat your meal, dirty also. We will never order or visit this location again, SO SAD 😞

Never again will I order chipotle online. Honestly, maybe not even in person at this location. You pay double for worse food. My name is literally on the bag but the whole order has another persons name on the stickers. This is ridiculous and has happened too many times to forgive. Also, Goodluck calling in. Will not get through to ANYONE. Sad to say chipotle is one of my favorite meals and this place has just ruined it. Food is always cold, meat is always burnt. And nothing is ever right.
