I always wondered why I never see any cars in the drivethu window,
I understand now, got 2 arby's roast beef sandwiches. Buns stale,cold,and both had thumb holes in bottom bun. Meat was cold,dry, and actually tasted old.
So? Why don't you just close the place and let someone else put a restaurant that knows what they are doing. Arby's is horrible.

If the restaurants are only have drive thru service and dining area is closed PLEASE put a sign up that can be seen from a car like the size of the signs that are up promoting the food I don't know about any body that can read a sign about 8 x 11 and then expect people to be able to read it from their car

Honestly I order food from this Hilliard Rome location because it's convenient. But I give the restaurant 5 stars because the staff there are always nice to me. Today Percy helped me at the window and he was very nice and made sure my order was correct and that I didn't need anything else. He deserves to be recognized for good service , please give him a shout out.

The visit was very nice.
We meet Steve Green (spelled like the color "green") he made me smile, he's a great conversationalist, he's a great people person.
O' and yes, the food, always delish and hot and service was 💯.

Let me start with the statement that I love the food here. The problem is that a severe lack of staff makes figuring out the hours challenging at best. Usually open at lunch but only sometimes at dinner hour and never at night. W Broad or Cemetery Rd locations are better options after about 3 pm.

I don’t review fast food because it’s typically standard to have mistakes here and there. However, I came here and I was given frozen fries, completely flat coke that I immediately poured out, and a root beer float with the same warm, no carbonation drink. The woman working was kind and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars.
