Fazoli's

Italian McDonald's. I had no idea what I thought this would be when I came into a Fazoli's, but I never thought someone would microwave noodles and charge someone else for them. The pasta is an affront to Italy and Italians and there are no redeeming qualities. The white sauce is chunky, the red sauce is separated, and the breadsticks are almost palatable in the areas on the top where they've had a garlic butter spread. Then, one bite into them reminds you that you're just eating non-nutritional filler covered in garlic butter. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because this isn't a problem with this restaurant, this just happens to be the only Fazoli's I was willing to try.

Salty breadsticks, the mozzarella stick skewer breading taste like cornmeal or fish breading and the cheese inside of it too chewy I rather went to BK. The meatball were okay the cheese is so fake and gross it’s disgusting. This loaded Alfredo with chicken no bacon awful!! The chicken is super chewy and there is no flavor!!

Giving this Fazoli's 5-stars given their restaurant class is quasi-fast food. There is a full staff who are friendly and hard working getting it done for their guests. The place is spotless and I mean spotless. Not one unbussed table, not one straw wrapper on the floor. Literally tables are shiney clean and the drink area is fully stocked and tidy. Food was hot and fresh. Real dishes and silverware. The only paper products were cups and napkins. Male staff with beards were wearing beard nets and the every one had their hair pulled back. The place was hopping with guests and take out. Y'all this is a result of excellent leadership. Go check out Fazoli's on Rome-Hilliard Road across from Meijer!
