Burger King

Quite literally the worst BK I have ever been in. The main cashier was being rude to a veteran in front of me before I ever began my order, and he was only politely asking if he got a discount. When I ordered, she couldn't find ANY of the buttons. Even for a #1. When I asked for a number 16 she kept asking me over and over if I meant number 10 even though it was up on the screen above her head. When I let her know I was in a hurry to get to my daughter's school (I promised I'd bring her her favorite food) she laughed and went painstakingly slow on purpose while eyeballing me. (Only me and this one other man in the store) I had run out of time and asked her if I could just have my sandwiches and go, as they were sitting in a bag waiting on fries. She refused. I asked for tomatoes, no tomatoes. Asked for bacon? No bacon. Food tasted awful. I missed my daughter's performance. After it all I went to look at the receipt to see if I still paid for my add ons, and THERE IS NO ITEMIZED LIST OF FOOD! Only a total of 24.96. She handed me the merchant copy I suppose. Either way I will NEVER recommend this store to my friends and family.

There willingness to make lunch during breakfast and not complain about it as well as being curious about my request on a sandwich instead of complaining was amazing it doesn't take much for people to impress me in this industry because it's usually so bad but this team this morning deserves acknowledgment for there customer service provided ill definitely stop in while doing my shopping if I see them here 😀 😊 😄

I saw the new Ch'King burger advertised on television earlier in the day. Knowing that the King always somehow one-ups McDonalds with similar products that are usually better, I raced over to my nearest BK, which, having a less than favorable retail footprint in my region, caused me to end up at a Wal-Mart location. "Customer sees ad, goes to purchase product same day." It's every marketers dream! This one was snubbed by the employees working at 7:41pm on 6/13. I've worked closing shift at at fast food restaurants. 8:00 would be a lovely time to get off, but no, I've fired up some clean-for-the-night appliance countless times at 12:56am just to serve the customer their exact order. Had this been a simple mistake, or a mismatched order (I was the only customer), it would have been fine, but no. I ordered their flagship new product, with near 20 minutes left before close, and, after hearing their muttered unmentionables, I grabbed my bag and ran home only to find two classic chicken sandwiches that appeared to have been sitting 3 hours plus. Wrong item, deliberately given as such, considering it was a flagship promotional sandwich I ordered, unmistakable in nature. It was the laziness of the employees that made me so disgusted I couldn't even eat it. Take pride in your job. Even if you'd rather be designing satellites or colliding atoms, you've still got your mark to make in this world, and the two gentlemen who "served" me failed miserably, and with fair evidence, intentionally.
