the last 3 times I have been here my quesadilla has been barely cooked and it looked like this. It was hardly warm. This time I went and asked for it to be extra toasted and it still looked like this. Highly disappointing. Also, the last time I was there they lost my order and after I waited 35 minutes for a quesadilla and burrito they were both thrown together and not heated properly

Chicken not up to standards!! Fryers need to be cleaned!!!! I work as a manager for 26years as a manager in chicken. Bad bad food. My brother was sick and wanted some fried chicken. Never again. The chicken was almost a burned taste to it and coating was real dark!!! Rather the fryers hadn't been cleaned after every drop or the grease was real old!!.

Soft shells were dried out and crumbling. I stood at counter for nearly 10 minutes before someone took my order. Once I got my food, the burritos were barely filled. Total waist of my money. This is not a new experience at the Highland Taco Bell. The service at this location hasn't been good for many years (pre COVID). My family loves the Taco Bell product, but we rarely go because the nearest Taco Bell to us is the Highland restaurant. Hope they improve.

My Husband and I have only been here twice. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The tortillas for our soft tacos were stale, the chapula shells were as hard as a rock, the taco meat had no seasoning whatsoever and my Cheesy Fiesta potatoes were also as hard as a rock. You can guarantee that we will not be returning.

This place was FILTHY. Besides us, they're was a family of 4 in there eating, and EVERY table and EVERY booth was dirty. They served your food as if you were taking it to go. No trays, you were either eating out of a box or a bag. My mom asked for jelly for her biscuit and was told they don't carry jelly anymore. The health department needs to shut that place down.

Consistently the worst Taco Bell experience! Crusty stale tortillas, food is never made correctly. You could probably build a house with the dry refried beans that even the big bad wolf couldn’t blow down.

It's Taco Bell...... how hard can it be? This place is going downhill fast. I usually don't post bad things without the proper reasons. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. Probably never had it right. I just say no tomatoes and that's it. They never take them off. Also ordered the new cheetos popcorn chicken and this is what they come out with.........(see picture) . What in God's name is that? Didn't even eat them, smelled like chemicals. Time to clean up that place and make it good again.
