Skillets Bistro

Breakfast food is usually when I go, sausage links are nice and fat very tasty bacon delicious because I like it crispy hash browns with onion and bell pepper in it delicious at some flavor. Medium scrambled eggs are over easy. Pancakes very delicious they have all kinds, with a few cups of coffee can go wrong they have flavor creamers also I rated a five. It's big nice atmosphere not too far to drive take your kids and your family enjoy.

You pretty much know what you're getting into when you head to a diner in NWI. If you're set on getting a breakfast skillet or something else very standard, I really don't think it matters where you go. It's not like the breakfast skillets are THAT different. Sophia's does add a bit of something different, though. And they do it better than many of the other diners in the Region. Case in point is the fried chicken and gravy breakfast. Many of the other diners have a similar dish, but they're haphazard and lazily put together. I've actually been served chicken nuggets at another diner. At Sophia's you get hearty, whole friend chicken breasts along with a generous plateful of sides. My two eggs materialized as four, and you can always sub toast with pancakes. A no-brainer.

I never had a bad experience from here dining in, but the one time I get take out, I find a piece of metal on my food. Looks like a piece of a metal dish scrub. That's not even cool. I call in to let them know that I found it and all they say is either come back (20min drive) or we'll just issue a credit for when you come back. How do they expect me to come back after this one? I've been looking forward eating here, only to be disappointed? No thanks. I'm good.

Not up to the expectations of their other location. I had steak n eggs. Eggs were great, steak wasn't. Pancake was kinda small but good. I LOVE biscuits and gravy. Theirs is horrible, not the worst but not edible. SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! The service alone is worth going back for! They were busy, with others waiting and my food was quick. Im not looking forward to a return, but wouldn't object. I think they could do better. I might try them again.

Very good for breakfast or brunch. Everytime I go everything is really good. Waitstaff are very attentive to your needs. I went with friend and the portions were very large. They always are. There was a wait to get in but we didn't have to wait long. Prices are always reasonable. Overall I'd recommend to anyone who likes breakfast with a good sized portions.

I had the frittata one of the best ones I've ever had . Our waitress was so nice courteous had a great sense of humor . I had never eaten there before but I think this is going to be some place I frequent often. Others at the table were very happy with their food the sausage links won them over they said they were good. Also the French toast. We all left stuffed and happy.
