I can say a lot about my experience. All I can say is that it was GREAT !!!! They only had one young lady working. She was making orders and ringing customers up. I mean she was patient and diligent and very professional. She knocked out the line that they had with no attitude or problem. I had to give her a $30 tip. See at the Merrillville location that same situation would have went all wrong, because the workers are not professional at all and they give you major attitude. I will never go back to the Merrillville location. Highland is the Best.

I come in here about once every 3-6 months to see if they’ve gotten their cleanliness issue in check and every time I’m disappointed. I would honestly eat here regularly like I used to when John was the manager, if it was kept clean, but the last time about a month ago it was so dirty I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about it to write this review.

Ok so I looked at the reviews before I went this afternoon and by the last review being 2 weeks ago I figured the store would be in much better shape Omg this place needs to be cleaned I have pictures it looks a mess and the counter lady had to make 6 bowls you would think someone from the back would come assist but no the manager or the young man who was prepping food didn’t help I will not be returning bc although previous customers placed their complaints nothing has been done to clean up the store and the food was not good this was actually the worst that I’ve had i need corporate number ASAP the manager or the supervisor for this store should be fired immediately

The online details says this location closes at certain times but every time I come they’re closed. It’s 931 and it says it’s closed at 10. But low and behold they’re closed. There’s a sign on the door that says we’re open but short staffed. The door was locked. I called and no answer. Please put the correct times for this store. This is seriously aggravating.

So much better than Chipotle.
This is an edit to my original review. I can't enjoy your food if you're closed. Your hours on Google say you're open till 10:00 pm on Saturday. On three Shepherd occasions I visited your highland Indiana location and it was closed before 8:00. Not sure if Google has the wrong hours or if the Manager just decides to close the restaurant down because they can very disappointed.

Came in the food line was disgusting, food was thrown everywhere, everything looked very dirty. Manager had a dirty grey t shirt on that didn’t even say qdoba on it, only a few of the tables were actually clean. Only had 3 people on staff and things were moving really slowly, just needs new management and some better training. Messed up our order, drink machine had drinks that were out and no ice, all around bad experience and I really like qdoba, just want this one to be a good one

What is this I hear that you're asking your employees to keep coming into work even if they've been in close contact with a covid positive person or have covid themselves?
If this is true that's extremely dangerous and the Indiana Health Department has been notified and will be investigating.

This has got to be the nastiest Qdoba I’ve ever eaten at. This place used to be immaculately clean, excellent customer service, never out of anything... Not so much anymore. Today, they were out of several items on the line, very table was dirty and needed to be wiped, the drink station was trashed with visible trash sitting around, the tea canisters don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in several months, there was a floor rug hanging on a high top seat (if this needs to be done, it needs to be done at the back door and not in a guest facing space), my burrito was handed to me with sour cream smeared all over it from the workers gloves... what a hot mess. This is a lack of leadership on multiple levels and it needs to be addressed.
