Top Notch Restaurant

I remember dining at Top Notch when I was a child. Now that I am older I get to share that same experience with my children. Top Notch has great food, friendly staff and that wholesome environment that makes you feel welcome. Also, there is a silent competition among the patrons. Who's lemon rice soup is best? As far as I can tell the scale is leaning towards Top Notch!

It is TOP NOTCH! I was warmly welcomed, the waitress was super nice. I ordered lemon rice soup but it was too lemony for me, she switched it for free with Cauliflower soup which was delicious. The food was good and fresh. It was sizzling, I wrote this review while I was waiting for my food to cool down a little bit. Yummy!!

What is not top notch about this restaurant is the service. This is the place you go to for lunch and walk out 2 hours later saying... Why? No refills, no one checks up on you, no check for 45 minutes after you eat the food. The food is mediocre, but reasonable for the price. This could be a seniors dream restaurant if the service was better. Sadly, it is currently more like a nightmare.

I had been here for dinner before, but I don't remember what I had ordered or what I got. Me and my significant other went for breakfast. It was very odd because it was seat yourself. I'm not used to that at all. After we were seated, the waitress was maybe a smoker? Because she was constantly coughing even while she brought our food and our drinks. We had asked her several times if she was okay and she said yes. The server we had was very rushed about everything she did. I had ordered the country fried steak. I came with a side of toast, hash browns, and of course eggs. It was oddly served on three different plates. I could have been served on two. The Experience overall was not bad. The prices for everything are extremely cheap compared to other restaurants in the area! The food is actually really good for the price. I literally had no complaints about the food whatsoever!
