Subway

Okay location but good luck trying to get Monterey Cheese on your subs. I kept pointing at it and saying it but they had such a zombie look. So I asked if they had it but the staff looked at me as if I was speaking another language. I politely tried a different tactic and asked what kind of cheese they had. Nothing, no response. It got to the point another staff came to help but he too had a zombie look. I tried saying the cheese that starts with the letter M. But he looked clueless and ended up walking away.... They don't know what Monterey cheese is. So I finally gave up and said provolone, and watched as the staff reached right past it to the provolone and swiss....

Be careful coming here! One of the staff is very rude (served by:61) went there today around 2pm (march 17, 2021) and since we are wearing face mask, I can’t barely understand what she was asking me so I asked her to pls repeat the question and she stared at me, gve me a mean look, rolled her eyes and shook her head! Very unfriendly staff! Hope the manager will give her disciplinary action ASAP!

So I originally rated this place 5 stars but came back to edit my review because I walked in today to 3 employees wearing their masks underneath their noses? (Which renders them useless) Like why would you want to endanger yourself/your customers. I did say something nicely but got no actual response. Look at my Google account, I am not someone who writes bad reviews, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I will not be coming back until this is corrected.
