Country Bbq Express

It's been several months, but I've finally found time to sit down for a review! My fam has been extremely cautious about COVID spikes this year and we've had our fair share of Postmate orders, including our first try of this place. We ordered Mac-n-Cheese, 1/2 BBQ Chicken Plate, BBQ Pork Rib Plate, Green Beans, and Baked Beans. The chicken was tender with great flavor according to my hubby and I LOVED my BBQ Ribs were saucy and fell off the bone (the way I like it). I couldn't help but devour the whole thing despite my tummy telling me I could probably save some for later. Considering this was a delivered meal, I imagine that our experience would have been even better with the chance to dine in someday. If we were impressed with the presentation via delivery, it makes me eager for a second try!

I eat here very often. The staff is friendly and it is rare that I have to wait for my food to be prepared. There have been times my order was incorrect but the manager is always prompt to resolve the issue. Even during times, where they have a high volume of customers...orders are often given promptly. I strongly recommend eating here...the food is definitely worth the price you'll pay...

Last night we had a terrible experience at this place. The cashier was RUDE and I sat and watched her lick her fingers as she was scooping banana pudding into a bowl. I have not had a bad experience like this before at Country BBQ Express, so last night was shocking. We waited forever for our food as the frontline staff laughed and joked around, but still were in no hurry to get out customers orders. Very disappointing and will not be returning.
