Just had my first bubble grapefruit tea and it was amazing! So refreshing, fresh grapefruit, not too sweet (it's awesome you can adjust the sweetness) and there are just so many options and lactose free!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful!! My new favorite!!!
Couldn’t even take a picture before I drank half of it because it was THAT good. Service is always speedy, drinks are always good & reasonably priced, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Kung Fu Tea really never disappoints.
We tried their Oolong and Thai milk tea with tapioca. Also had the lemonade with mango bubbles. All 3 were really good! This location is a kiosk in the middle of the Broadway mall and convenient. The Oolong was not too sweet and they put just the right amount of ice. Really enjoyed their drinks! The service was pretty good and fast too
Sunny is the best!!! When they were closed he still took my order when I was craving boba tea. Give the man a raise ☺️
This was our second visit to the Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow location. The first time I ordered the Rosehip milk tea and didn’t like it at all. Insanely sweet! I went back to order something else and the employee insisted on making me something else at no charge. I got the coffee bubble drink with 30% sugar and less ice. Plenty sweet and very good. The second time I went I ordered the kung fu milk tea with bubbles, no sugar this time, less ice. I thought the No sugar might not be sweet enough but with the bubbles, it was Perfection! I found my new favorite drink.
I ordered the Peach Oolong Tea with tapioca pearls, no ice and regular sugar. It wasn't as big as I thought it would be but nevertheless, the drink was great. The tea itself was a bit tart but combine that with the tapioca pearls and the small peach pieces and you get a balance of sweet and sour. I would say the price you get for a large drink here is alright.
Currently have some limited edition versions like FF drink (grape cream) & the strawberry and cream they brought back. Didn't really care for the milk cap but loved the Poppin bobba.
The bubble tea is well made. Their service is fast and friendly. One of the main employees knows who I am before I can even say my name haha. I recommend ordering on their app so you don’t have to wait in line and can easily pick up your drink by asking for it on the side. My top 3 drinks here are the Taro milk tea with bubbles, Mango creamsicle with bubbles, and strawberry lemonade green tea with nata jelly.

KFT is a super popular bubble tea chain across the US. In NYC, you can find them at several locations in different boroughs. But in Long Island it was very uncommon to find any bubble tea establishments for a while. People would have to venture into Queens.
This location is one of the first that I remember to open in LI and it is also conveniently in a mall. The Broadway Commons mall in Hicksville is pretty popular due to the movie theatre, Target and Amusement center Round One.
The kiosk for this KFT is on the opposite side of the mail from the movie theatre but can easily be walked to. The convenience of having a well known bubble tea place inside your local mall is invaluable in my opinion.
The staff always make the drinks in a timely manner and are always so polite even when it is busy. Sometimes there is a line when you arrive which is a most certainly a good thing for them but not every customer has a high level of patience.
The app available on smart phones is actually quite useful in such situations. Whether you are there or planning to go there you can put your order through to the store and they usually have it ready by the time you arrive (unless they are slammed with customers).
The Oreo Milk Tea Slush is one of my all time favroties from this location. And I am actually sipping on one while I write this particular review.
But you really cannot go wrong even with their classic flavors and fruit based teas as well.
Props to Sonny and the staff who always shows excellent customer service to me and the other customers.
Male staffs are friendly but the female worker seems mad and not friendly when taking order. My favorite is oolong milk tea!
Its very good. I always come here to get bubble tea for my kids. 🧋
