I love this place. Great selection of non-traditional "American" furniture and decor. Prices run from inexpensive to higher-end. Unique walk-through experience and fun food.

Came here on a weeknight so it wasn't so crazy. Place has some stuff that you won't find at the Red Hook Ikea. UPDATE 12-3-22: seems like Ikea has rejuvenated its store. It is still nice and clean. The shelves are properly labeled and prices match the items. I also appreciate the effort the associates used to do presentation of the products in the toys section. Check out the photos/video. :)

I've only been to IKEA once, but it was a great visit and I was able to get everything I needed to assemble my new desk. The store itself is easy to navigate, especially since they have these little computers that tell you exactly where to find what you're looking for. When I did have questions, the employees I asked were nice and helpful. I'm definitely recommending IKEA products to friends and family in the future.

It's was a nice and calm store; wasn't packed with customers. Each showcase was presented nicely. I found the knickknacks they were selling was affordable and would be great for gifts. This will be my go to Ikea from now on.

I love Ikea while still in Moscow. Now there is neither us nor Ikea in Moscow. So we have good parenting now, already being in NYC. And Ikea is beautiful as always!!

I love this place, but their products are cheap, and the quality is not the greatest. Go to the restaurant and enjoy their meatballs.

I was blown away by this store. It's massive and easy to locate from the Northern State Parkway. It's easy to get lost here but have no fear there are maps and signs available everywhere. There are 2 levels. For the record, don't expect high-end merchandise. Plenty of chic items are available to give your home a facelift at an affordable cost for many items. In addition, there's a cafeteria and food market on site! The bathroom was clean. Even the shopping cart was smooth I wish I could take a ride in it LOL Lastly, there's a host of restaurants available such as Chik Fil-A, Boston Market, Chipotle, etc

The check out area has been upgraded and the lines seem not as long anymore. Become an IKEA Family member (free) and save 5% on EVERYTHING!!! Also, you always get a free cup of coffee in the restaurant and a piece of cake for your birthday! Staff is more helpful here than at IKEA Brooklyn.

Favorite part of IKEA is the showrooms, they’re always so well done and inspired! The worst part is that even if you see an item that you like, it’s hard to go find it. There’s a central self-serve furniture area but it makes sense for large items and not smaller items you may have seen in a showcase. There’s only one way to get to the 2nd floor which is at the front of the store. That’s inconvenient because the store is so huge that by the time you make your way out, you’re at the checkout. They do have a smaller market at checkout with limited seating but there is a larger restaurant upstairs with ample seating.
