The food quality of this particular Arby's is always on point. The sandwiches and sides are fresh and hot. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The dining area is usually very clean. The only downside is that there is always minimal staff. I understand that labor is the easiest overhead cost to control, however, they really could use more help.

Ordered 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches, and instead of the usual big peice of chicken, they put on 2 dried out chicken strips... Really Arby's???
