I would make a special trip to the mall just to get some of the pretzel dogs here. Everything is delicious and the staff are kind. Keep up the good work! 😃

I was here Wednesday around 1:30 and I had very hard pretzel bites. I didn't want to go complain because I usually deal with attitudes from the cashier (not talking about from this store, just in general) but this man was very polite, nice and kind and I didn't have to ask for another one, he understood and didn't get upset. Didn't get his name but he worked this passing Wednesday around 1:30. I just want to say thank you for your great customer service!! And me and my husband enjoyed our pretzels.

Stopped for a snack before heading to the play area and everything was old, dark brown and hard. Didn't have enough pretzel dogs for an order and I said, "I'll pass, I prefer fresh or at least soft pretzels." Place hasn't been the same since the old manager Harry left.

Have not been in awhile. Very busy!! Great service!! Would give a 5 if pretzels have not changed. Used to be soft, note they were crunchy. Not sure if over baked but should be less brown and crunchy!!

Unfortunately we will stop coming here for only one reason. Unclean, dirty. The young woman was handling the food after she touched the dollar bills, drop a penny and pick it right back up with the same glove she used on her hands. She didn't change it. I honestly thought that was very unprofessional and unclean. This is one of the priority why people's and kids get sick. To think logically, it's safer to cook at home but occasionally I am very sad to witness this because it one of our favorite place to eat at the mall when we wanna grab a bite. :(

Very tasty! I ordered pretzel bites with cheese today and I’ve had the pretzel dogs in the past. Every time I’ve ate there the foods always been fresh and the service is fast.
