Wendy's in Hickory Nc on Hwy 70 is a great place to get some fast food that's actually good!!!! The staff are polite as well..... Also they do require customers to wear a mask if they don't they will tell you too leave or grab one outta your car!!!!! Keep up the good work Wendy's

The service is very slow. I can’t complain about the food. It’s always good. It’s really about being respected as a customer. When your standing at the register and the employees continue to carry on a personal conversation and when they done they finially acknowledge you. That’s not good training. This can be fixed with a good manager. Unfortunately they don’t have one. So I probably wouldn’t recommend this location. However we love Wendy’s.

Had the new classic chicken today afer work 530 on way home. Had seen the Wendys Add and looked good. It was oil soaked in heavy grease. Wish I had never eaten it. Oil at wrong temperature? I would be afraid to try it again. Went home and laid down.

Wendys has always been a great place to eat with good prices and awsome food . with a very helpful staff as well . always wearing a smile and makes you overall experience a warm and pleasant one .

The traditional Dave single burger is always a winner with me the lettuce tomato and onions are always fresh you can always throw that bowl of chili in on the side don't forget your Frosty their sweet tea could be better but they do offer Cheerwine which is a favorite of mine in the southern states their fish sandwiches always a winner to and let's not forget the baked potatopotatoes

There were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru line. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and paid, without getting my receipt. I was told to drive up and someone would bring our food out to us. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing the car that pulled up behind us get their food and leave, I drove back to the drive-thru. I got nothing but attitude from the workers and my order was wrong. I like this Wendy's and it's usually great, friendly service with great food. I won't be going there again any time soon.

This particular Wendy's is always a delight. The reason that I gave it four stars instead of five was because they often have a very long wait period before they will take your order, even if there are no other cars there. Despite this, they have wonderful food, and their customer service tends to be pretty good. It's rare that I have had any difficulty with my order. I would absolutely recommend eating at this Wendy's location.

I got food for my wife via the drive-through. It was quick and prepared correctly. This Wendy's has always been a great location. It is clean and never had issues with an order.
