Just picked this up at Bojangles on hwy 127 in Viewmont

Food quality has dramatically gone downhill. Chicken biscuit was cold and chicken was so thin I only tasted the breading and cajun spicing. Borounds are smaller and mushy.
Been a long time customer for this brand and have noticed a general decline in overall food quality. People are fine but food is no where near as good as it was 5 years ago.

I have been able to go to the Belk web site and purchase many great gifts for my wife. Excellent gift list with great clearance prices. The customer service is also tremendous as they go out of their way to assist me.

Filthy tables and chairs. Inadequate staffing, VERY slow! Expect to actually wait for them to cook your food.

Ordered a leg and thigh dinner got a wing and leg very disappointed. Would have to drive 3 miles back to exchange not worth the trip. No more business from me almost 7 bucks for a wing and leg at least make sure your order is correct before giving it to your drive thru customer.

I eat at Bojangles often but never at this location. Unlike most Bojangles this location was quick friendly and the food was fast and fresh. I think this is the first time I have gotten a fresh biscuit from Bojangles and it was awesome! If only every visit to Bojangles was this good. The dining room floor needed a lot of attention and the trash cans were over full. But I'm giving 5 stars for awesome fresh food!
