I come here on new year day and it rainning hard , I order a box of chicken. The little black girl work at this place walk in the rain to hand me the box of chicken. The order were unsweetened tea they give me the sweet tea , without hesitation she went back in and come out with the tea I want .I give her a $10 tips ,not much .but I appreciated her being so kindness and sweet . wishing her best of everything. Chicken taste good people are so nice. It is like perfect world .

This place is filthy. Came in first thing this morning and it looked like the night shift didn’t clean at all. Floor was covered with last nights biscuits. See pics. Waited 20 minutes to place our order. Only 1 person in front of us. It was long enough to look around and see how dirty the place was. So we left. If the dining area looks this dirty, how dirty is the kitchen. Worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. Still love bojangles tho.

Prices for this bojangles wasn't as bad as others surprisingly, staff can be more friendly but I think that's all fast food nowadays.

This drive thru is always quick and easy to get in and out of. This morning I ordered six biscuits and they were all hot, fresh, correctly made, and I got them in less than a minute after pulling up.

Bojangles in Hickory NC
First visit to this chain. Didn’t rate it really, felt that even KFC was better than this.
Difference here is the southern food thing, and the biscuits were ok.
Staff were ok and restaurant clean enough, but not really my thing so won’t visit again.
