Their soup cream was unappetizing. The lady stated she had to put my ice cream in a bigger cup due to "something causing the ice cream to be really soft" McDonald's is looking a lot better

I love this place! I go here every so often. I wanted to bring a friend here, but the has an odd food allergy. When asking about ingredients the 2 employees were patient and went out of their way to help. I appreciated all their effort to make sure my friend could eat something that was safe. We all had a great time and a delicious dessert! I love the Coffee Lovers Dream, but when I need to watch my sugar levels they do have a lower sugar vanilla I can eat.

I built my own ice cream cake and when i had it picked up it looked like my 8 year old nephew wrote on it. I cant believe I paid $60 for the cake. If u are looking for a high quality ice cream cake dont be fooled by the brand. You can get a better ice cream cake at the grocery store.

Good icecream. They are usually out of brownies because everyone loves them including my self and my husband.. They dont have dinein because of covid-19 coronavirus disease but I hope they will add dine in eating again because we used to visit as a group after work and all eat together and talk about how our day has been and our children. Overall great place with good service and kind staff. THe soft serve is good but I like other places better for soft serve, my favorite is the cold icecream cookie dough from here and chocolate with gummy bears. Great place!

Amazing ice cream! Usually good service, but this last time the girl behind the counter acted like she didn't want to be there and just all around blah attitude. I wish they had more seating. But, it's worth sitting in the car to eat, any day! It's awesome.

The lady working (the receipt said Mackenzie) was so nice! She made our first experience a great one! She would be great in management. She engaged my children and was very polite and patient. We will be back for sure!

I love cold stone it’s the best place in hickory, yesterday was a complete disaster. We walked over after lunch and the line was wrapped around the counter, they ran out of ice so nobody in line could get a smoothie, the girl that was working alone until the next shift came in was over whelmed and let it show to the customers. Just an all over awful experience, I didn’t even get anything because it’s was so chaotic and they seemed to be doing a fast job to get through the line that was pretty bad.

First time there. Great location. Place was packed. The milk shake maker quit working while we were in line. We're told that's the only one they had. Need to have a back up or two. They aren't much money. Also, the sink in the men's bathroom was leaking. Advised worker and was told they didn't know what to do. I advised her to tell upper management.
Both the inside and outside trash cans were full and over the top. Three employees were working.
My opinion only. There needs to be more workers or upper management to step in to help.
I will be going back. Place was great. Just needs some things done to improve the store.
