Everyone is so friendly who works here! The food is awesome and tastes like home cooking. I got some chicken tenders that were absolutely huge! They use a pressure cooker so the breading on the outside is so crisp and flavorful but the inside was incredibly juicy.

I don't understand all the positive reviews for this place. I guess people settle for mediocre food at best. I ordered 2 piece breasts with two sides. The chicken was over done and was dry and chewy like leather. The sides were ok but there isn't much you can do to ruin corn on the cob or baked bean

Me and my travel party stopped for gas and could smell the deliciousness from the gas pump. We had to try. We stopped over and tried some of the chicken and wedges and it was some of the best chicken I've had from a fast food spot. My complements to the chef/cook. We were very pleased with our meal.

I discovered Mountain chicken over two years ago the chickens delicious in the sides are too. As far as the chicken been dry, if that ever happens it’s an oversight go back in to give you a new piece with no problems. Love the staff and love the food. Proud to be a regular customer😊😉

The always have to ask for my chicken wings to be fried/dipped twice whenever I order from this place in Hickory. Yesterday it took the worker a long time just to take my order at the drive-thru. She took my order, I paid and again, a long wait. I ordered 10 fried wings (flat), a side of wedges
