Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food and service is really good here, the workers are exceptionally nice and willing to talk and explain ingrediants and other things about their food. The kitchen and serving bar are kept clean and they always get you through the line very fast. The two issues I have with this chipotle, is the cleanliness of the dining area and the cashiers. Ive attached two pictures, and this is regularly how the dining area is. Trash and food littered everywhere, and tables are often smeared and covered in the previous customer's food. I understand most of the mess is the fault of the customers themselves, not the staff, but Ive never once seen a staff member attempt to clean the dining area and it is constantly in this state. And with the cashiers, i almost never get the same price on my receit even though my husband and I order the same thing. Sometimes our bowls will cost around 5 dollars because we dont put anything really other than beans chicken and rice. Other times it costs the full 8.10. Sometimes I get charged for my queso, and sometimes its marked as guac which is like a dollar and 20 cents more exspensive. We always ask for One Small Soda aswell, and sometimes wr get charged for a large. Its not a one time thing either, this is consistant everytime we come. I reccommend taking your food to go here and making sure you read your receit before leaving.

Not a single time that I've ordered from this Chipolte have they gotten my order right. They forget the chips or mess up the bowls every single time. I've tried to space out my orders in case maybe it was a fluke, but now I'm convinced they just don't care. The orders are so incredibly wrong. Both me and my husband's orders were wrong tonight. Posting pics for reference. No sour cream, no red sauce, no guac, didn't ask for beans.. etc.. So disappointing.

This is the worst Chipotle restaurant that I have ever been to. I have given it several tries and finally I had to write a review. The main reason that this Chipotle is awful is because of the high salt content of their food. My husband and I always say that this is the Death by Salt restaurant. Today, we actually had to attempt to wipe all of the salt off of each individual chip. There is one item that is consistently excellent at this restaurant and that is the guacamole. I will still go to this restaurant to get that item, but I am done with the rest of the food. Just to let you know, we have been to other Chipotle restaurants in other cities that were very good. I guess this one is just poorly managed.

Very unsatisfied. First time ever at Chipotle. The young lady who took my order was rude, insulting, and treated me like I was stupid. She was so busy yelling at people in the back she couldn't even make my bowl right. It seems like there was fighting between coworkers going on. She had gages, blond hair, and she was shorter. I understand when someone was having a bad day, but it ruined my experience. Just concerned as to if this behavior will continue. The food was really good though!

I've always ate here. It's great for my weight training diet. Today I went to get a bowl and the portion size of meat is not a 4oz cup when it used to be a healthy scoop full. So now the portion size is like half so if I wanted the previous amount I'd have to pay 3-4 more dollars. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me! Won't be back...

The food was good but the restaurant was nasty. The serving area had not been wiped down, food was everywhere as they added more to it and never wiped the mess up. None of the tables were clean and the drink area was also a mess. The floor was a hazard . Me being disabled could have resulted in a lawsuit. Sorry folks who work there we spent a ton of money for a good time but we were all shocked.
