Went to the Lenoir location. Donuts were really good and fresh. Employees seemed like they didn't know who was doing what. We were the only people in the store yet we had to wait over 10 minutes for 6 glazed donuts. Saw a car at the drive thru window that waited far longer than we did. They either need more training or mature supervision.

The donuts look a lot smaller and the filled ones were barely filled very fast service and the girls was super sweet at the window! No mask tho!! Nobody had a mask on!

I would have given this place 5 stars, but I went there at night. There were no lights in the parking lot so it was really hard to see. Most of the lights on the menu board were not working so I could not see what selections were offered. The employee working the drive through was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful, however. The donuts I ordered were fresh, warm, and delicious.

Excellent donuts, fantastic service. Staff was very friendly and helpful, was able to try samples of cinnamon rolls and apple fritters, ended up purchasing more than we intended to take home with us. Will definitely stop again next time we go to the mountains.

The only reason they didnt get 3 is because the donuts were delicious, but they didn't seem to care to be there. Throwing off the want to go to this specific Krispy Kreme.

Sat. Eve. Family decided everyone wanted donuts. Decided Krispy Kreme. Big Mistake! 13 bucks in the trash. First they were out of several kinds. But that's ok & understandable. However our dozen assorted was very cold! Also the chocolate were much smaller than other Krispy Kremes, weird. Again that's ok. What's not ok is they are hard as bricks! Not Happy at all!!!!!

Very good beyond best doughnuts in the world but we really need one in morganton Nc.our family only gets to eat them every once in a blue moon bc hickory is to far away to drive every day so we have to just go to dunkin and there no we’re as good as Krispy Kreme

We had a family member visiting from out of the country who wanted to try Krispy Kreme donuts for the first time. We stopped at this location on our way to the mountains and picked up a few donuts at the drive thru. Christian was extremely friendly and helpful in placing our order. After receiving our order we stopped out front for a picture and discovered our order was incorrect. Once brought to the attention of Christan, he immediately apologized for the inconvenience and not only worked to correct the order but provided some additional donuts. Mistakes happen and we were very pleased with how quickly the staff worked to make sure we were satisfied.
