Taco John's

This is my large potato Oles & taco I got today. $21.76 to be exact. It was delivered by Door Dash & my LARGE ole had that many in it. This is the taco. No taco sauce-no cheese. Called & spoke to Bezzie who blamed Door Dash driver/bag was closed up. Refused to send me new ole (I never asked for credit) she said no, unless I place a new order? Excuse me?! She then hung up on me & hung up on me 3x when I called back asking who the name of the manager working today was. (I asked nicely) I’ll be sharing this with everyone! Disgusting.

We were here today and ordered 1 super burrito with no guacamole and extra sour cream, 1 beef burrito and this is the receipt we got!! When we questioned it we are told that one till said this order and the other one said what we really ordered!! They didn’t know what was going on so I just said give us our money back and we will go else where. The girl said she would have to call management because she didnt know how to refund on a debt card. So should she just reorder everything? I said no and just give us our money back. She said all I can do is give the cash back because I don’t know how to do it with a debt card!! I said just give the cash back. Will be a cold day in you know where that we return!!!!

every time we eat here they forgot a part of our order or gotten it completely wrong. in this case I DoorDashed, and the driver was fine although I didn’t get a receipt. taco johns forgot my drink which I paid for as a combo. they also forgot extras like guac. not to mention both burritos were fridge cold, soggy and there wasn’t any cooking marks on the tortilla, or any indication that the cheese was ATTEMPTED to be melted. I paid $20 for literal garbage that immediately made me feel sick. just don’t order from here even if you are bored of every other restaurant. we will continue driving 30 minutes to Taco Bell in Grand Rapids.

wouldnt go to this place again. barely anything in the tacos we ordered and the service wasnt great at all. waited in line for 10 minutes for one car when it wasnt lunch rush. and they didnt seem to know what they were doing when they were giving us our food. if you’re feeling taco johns, go to the grand rapids one. they are amazing.
