I needed to discover another vet because of arrangement times not being regarded. which means, if your arrangement
was at 9 am, you would be brought in 2 hours later(at most)...

Machines are never out of order and the froyo is almost always the perfect texture and temperature. They usually have a great array of options and the store is clean. The staff isn’t super nice but they’re not mean either. My kids live this spot.

I can’t believe the staff was using Clorox at 3:18 pm while business operate . I have asthma . I can’t breath . I just open the door I am pretty sure the lady pour 10 oz of Clorox in the bathroom I can smell it I can sense it from opening the main door . The business owner should take action to use Clorox closing hours only . I need to use the machine . I can’t breath

There was 5 staff members at the register when we walked in (3 kids, my wife, and self). All staff members looked at us and looked away. I personally had to greet them all and then they said welcome, which lead me to tell them "I had to greet yall first to get a warm welcome." Seems like i got them back on their tippy toes because everyone after us was greeted properly lol
luckily my kids like the place so I left a $1 tip, even though we didn't get greeted properly.

You know, you come out of work and go to Menchie's to get yourself a refreshing treat to de-stress, but unfortunately in this location, this was not the case. Their AC was not working so it was disgustingly hot in combination with the humidity in Miami. I couldn't even be in there for more than five minutes while picking out my flavors.
The chocolate toppings were also melted due to the lack of AC and I completely understand it is an unforeseen circumstance that put them in an unfortunate position, but then they should just either get a fan or a cooler or close for the day. Bad experience. The only upside to this was that the girls working were very nice and very accommodating but I just don't see how they'd be allowed to work in these conditions.

last night was our first time we came to that place. But It is definitely not the last. We had great time with the attentive service, with the exceptional cooking and fine drinks and with the honest payment. We will definitely come back again.
