1 star is too much for this worst service! Here work turtles! So slow. 50 minutes waiting for just only order in the drive thru. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

If I could give less than one star I would. After waiting in the drive through line for over 40 minutes. Upon finally arriving to the order window I was greeted by speaking over the loud speaker stating “cash only” I did not have any cash on me and I find it extremely inconsiderate in this day and age to have people wait that long and not even send someone out to warn folks before they waist their time. If the manager even reads this please take the time to correct this.

Where do I even start ...
I ordered via Postmates because it was raining. I live LESS than a mile away (0.9 miles) it took nearly an hour.
Regardless the point, fries where soggy and ice cold. Nuggets were obviously OLD and refried. Also cold and hard.
We also ordered cheeseburgers and a mchicken sandwich they weren’t all great but they were more edible yet cold.

Some nice underportioned burnt potoato chips are always a pleasure to eat😮💨

Very bad service. The strawberry smoothie is just cold water. For my experience is worse service ever for Mac donalds in Miami, Hialeah. I live near there but I prefer to go to another Mac donalds. I think they should be close.

Horrible service and after waiting for my curbside pickup for 20 min the fries where over cooked that it was like eating a chip

What are you paying for these days ?? The food is not fast also not do fresh, my cheese isn't even melted. But I waited so long an wasted gas getting to an sitting in line that I'm sure we all will eat our expensive meal Unhappily. Where are the deals?! I hope with the increase in price you increased the pay for the employees. I have been on an off with McDonald's since the Mc nuggets and the quality is not there. Stop cutting corners!!! We all work too hard for our money to be disappointed within that first bite

I often go here because it's the nearest one to me but the customer service is always terrible the lines are always long and they consistently get my order wrong. Just now what I was waiting in line it started pouring and the drive-through person refuse to take my credit card and forced me to scan it myself while it was pouring rain. Don't understand common courtesy and basics of customer service.
