I’m really so disappointed. I ordered veggie bowel to discover later on it has meat in it. I’m sure it is not intentional but the practice and the orders are handled is not the right way.
The server put so many orders then she take the scope full of meat and run it of these orders and some of it fell in mine as you can see in the pics.
Too fast for poor quality of delivery. I ended up calling the branch and
They were accommodating. But I ended up throwing the food away as I’m strictly vegetarian.
I hope they change their way next time I come otherwise I’ll complain to cooperate and really ask for the rules to be enforced.

We placed an order online. The order was supposed to come out at 8:10pm. When I asked for it they said they couldn’t give a time because they had two many orders and were under staffed. My thing is don’t tell me 8:10 pm and have me wait 20 or 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Worst chipotle ever. It looks like a zoo in there. Very disorganized. Awful.

On 10/02/21 around 2p, I visited your restaurant on 7925 Hialeah Gardens Blvd Ste 1
Very friendly staff and excellent service, however when I went for the hand sanitizer it was empty so decided to go to the restroom and it got worse.
The soap dispenser didn't work, no toilet paper, no hand towels and the floor was completely wet. The soda fountain selection was very limited.
I am very disappointed, Im a loyal customer. Please fix this!

Not going to lie this has to be one of the best Chipotle restaurants I've been in. Everyone was working and cleaning even tho no one was inside ordering food. Very clean establishment and excellent customer service thank you guys and girls

This isA usual lunch spot for many people. I like the bowl for reduced gluten content. I usually get double meat and reduced rice. I like to add a container of cilantro to the bowl. Some queso and extra chips. The tea is usually unsweetened (The way I like it). They tend to be packed at lunch so service may not be the best. A lot of people eat here so I do recommend for faster food

I haven’t been to a bad Chipotle yet. This is the WORST Chipotle in Hialeah. Do not go here. They let your good get cold. They leave to the bathroom while making your order and your food just sits there. They don’t follow directions. I waited 20min for PICKUP and the store was empty an hour before closing but they wanted to leave Quick so they started to clean and stopped seething people. DO NOT COME HERE. they are all rude on top of everything. Never coming here again I’ll

They are always fast with your food. The food is always good. The restaurant itself is a good size and it's usually really clean. It can get a little full for lunch but there isn't a big wait.

I stopped going to Chipotle years ago for other options and coming back for lunch feels the same as before. It's not a bad choice, but I feel there are better ( for example, I would pick Moe's if they were right next to each other). Overall, still better than a burger joint, but won't be my first choice if other healthier food restaurants are around.
