While I give this five stars keep in mind that raisins which I wouldn't blame because of allergy they also removed my favorite WHAT powered sugar and those that like jalopeno good luck

I have witnessed employees drop pretzels and hot dogs and still sell them, i have observed employees handle cash and then immediately handle food or start making pretzels without washing their hands. The store literally seems to be falling apart and appears to be dirty, the food, drinks, & sides are ridiculous over priced and bad quality, usually inconsistent. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

I love the pretzels here you can’t go wrong with an almond and caramel a a friendly staff who actually cater to whatever you would like I was attended by a young lady named Katrina I believe was her name and she was super friendly and went out of her way with a smile to make my son happy with his pretzels thank you so much for your amazing service

If you purchase this expecting a pretzel then you will be disappointed. Its a pale comparison, literally. It isn't chewy at all and no yeastiness. They are not boiled prior to baking hence no crust...they use butter to stick the salt on...so not a pretzel. The ones we had weren't baked the whole way thru and you could taste the raw dough. Very mushy and sopping with butter/oil. Pass on this..for the cost of the "pretzel" so no worth it.
