Mistakenly order carry out online I stead of delivery. Therefore, I called Pizza Hut and was directed to the call center. I asked to be transferred to the store to explain the situation. I was transferred around 5 times with no help to reach the store. By then my pizza isn’t fresh.

Always great and fast service. Delivery personnel are very friendly and easy to deal with. Pizza Hut makes the best pizza and wings in my honest opinion.

This pizza hott place should be closed, I order a pizza and they told me ,it will take a hour for the pizza to arrive, this is totally unacceptable, this is the reason businesses are closing bad customers service ,poor service. DO NOT ORDER OR BIY FROM THIS PIZZA HOTT .

Pizza was great overall, but the delivery guy is always Awesome!!! Always asking how I am and interacts with my children. I always forget to ask for his name. Older gentlemen with long salt & pepper hair, Spanish speaking. HE IS AWESOME!!!!

Pizza got to me, less than 3 miles away, cold and not even fully cooked. The dough was still mushy in the center and the entire slice would fall apart if you tried to pick it up by the crust. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever experienced

I always make the orders for pickup and the people are nice and the orders are ready on time ... the only thing I have been ordering for two weeks in a row ordering cinnamon rolls and garlic nuts and they are super small ... the size is not what they really should to have

worst customer service ever!!! couldn't place an order over the phone and i called twice!! placed an order online and when my husband went to pick up they gave him the wrong pizza. i called to ask for the manager and got hung up on, by the manager!!! went to the store to complain and the manager questioned me as to why my husband didn't say anything at the time he picked up the order yet they are the ones who messed up the order!!! she didn't even apologize for their mistake, and had a nasty attitude!! I've worked in customer service for several years and that is no way to treat a customer!!! getting her to give me a refund was like pulling teeth!
