The Rice Bucket

I ordered honey garlic chicken wings that they charge extra for and got regular honey chicken. I Paid them an extra convenience fee on the site AND A TIP to still get the wrong order. The lady in the front was putting Pepsi in my order when the receipt clearly said SPRITE. That should've been a good indication to check my order. Check your orders because they don't. I called and they want me to go all the way back and then they said they would refund me the difference when the manager got there. I highly doubt this will get resolved. After a long day of work it would be nice to get the dinner I paid for. See below for the receipt and the order for yourselves.

Trying out new restaurants and came across this place. We order different things and it smelled great but the taste was a bit odd. My bf wanted boneless spare ribs which they do not offer- sad, instead We got chicken and broccoli and it came with huge pieces of chicken and an assortment of vegetables and zero brown sauce. Super confused. We also ordered chicken wings with veggie fried rice. The wings were tasty but the rice was dry. Overall, this is not the place for me when it comes to Chinese food.

The food from there is great, but the last two times I ordered it has taken way too long to receive my food and I only live 5 minutes away. I ordered at 6pm and was told 40 to 60 minutes. Well, it's now 7:37 and still no food! I called twice and both times they said he was "on his way". I've never had issues with then before these last two times but I will not be ordering from there again if it's gonna be so long for food that is very easily and quickly done.
