La Nueva Fe Bakery

I visited La Nueva Fe Bakery this afternoon. Walked in and there was only one customer. The place had a dirty floor and the walls looked dusty. I expected service to be more attentive but instead it was lethargic and indifferent. The lady behind the counter stayed at one end of the store while I asked questions about the pastries and desserts at the other end. Which meant she couldnt hear me since she was so far away. But let me tell you about the pastelitos, which tasted old and dry. The empanada de guayaba had bright red smooth guava which tasted like plastic. The wedge of flan was dry and rubbery and the cangrejo de chorizo was dry and stale. I spent $25 but, I'm so sorry I did. What a disappointment. Save your money and visit any of the other bakeries in Hialeah.

Their service has deteriorated terribly. The ladies always gave a bad attitude. To top it off I went to pick up an order today of 3 media noche trays, almost 60!! When I get home no mayo, no pickle. Basically bread ham and cheese. I called and explained to Cynthia, her reply?? Well we don't have pickles. Wouldn't you have said that prior to selling or wrapping?? Well you have to speak to Manger Silvia, she'll be here at 2. I'll keep you posted!
