The cashier in the drive-thru Mayre was very rude. I let her know my fries were missing and she said they're in the bag, I showed her the contents of the bag and she realized she forgot them. She gave me a smaller fry instead of the large that I paid for. I said I ordered a large fry, she replied that is a large fry and then she turned & walked away to work on another order, so rude. We've ordered large fries for my daughter before and that was not large. Extremely Poor Customer Service. đź‘Žđź‘Ž

Worst Checkers restaurant in the Miami area. Staff is rude and incompetent. Went through the drive-thru and it took the cashier 20 15 mins before she took my order.

I read the review first before I wrote my complaint. It clearly show the the owner doesn't really care about their customer. So many ppl complaint on the night shift. And still the same horrible service. This will be the last time I will be spending my money here.

This location has gotten way better over the years. Been coming here for over 20 years (2002). Food has been a lot fresher and service a lot faster. Great job

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I was initially going to write a long review about how appalling the service and quality of this place is, but it truly isn’t even worth the time. Please listen to the other reviews about this place, the night shift is just terrible, there are other places nearby that are 10x better than this and the employees will actually treat you like a human being.

literally asked me what sauce i wanted, then didn’t give it do me. also put too much onions on the chili dog, AND they watered down the fanta slushee >:(

Never go here RAW chicken sandwich. No manager on shift. Ask for my money back they could NOT he “RAY” didn’t know how to. Do NOT go here. NASTY
