Thank you.. I usually only get a frosty but decided to have breakfast.......it was more like alternate fast food chains where breakfast is more diner then contained pharma sales... It is suppose to be food......they could be open so I appreciate the opportunity for accessory advertisement... After this much kitty kibble on the ground to smell I have become so winded I have to really notice humanity again...

Unfortunately not all the staff members are friendly or respectful of customers. I will say that a couple of the employees definitely did the best they could to make up for poor treatment. Being disabled and having a service dog can be challenging when we try to go eat somewhere, one employee in particular definitely went above and beyond to make sure our food was correct and we had all of our desired condiments before we took our food. The burger s were cooked well and the french fries were extremely fresh. Definitely a location I would consider returning to again.

I don’t even feel they deserve a single star. Everything I go there I have issues. Their non English speaking staff can’t even get a simple order right. Today’s incident, I ordered 2 sandwiches with no lettuce. (They still left the lettuce in the sandwich) and a baked potato with everything (it only had chili and cheese). I still got charged full price. Then the incompetence didn’t stop there. There was no straw fork or napkins. And the chili from the baked potato spilled from how they packaged the bag and soiled into the seat of my brand new truck. This is complete BS!

I went to this location on November 5, 2020 around 11:40 pm and tried to order the 4 for 4. The guy serving at the drive through said WENDYS NO LONGER SELLS THAT, with a very bad actitud, then I asked for the avocado BLT if they still sell it because I didn’t see it on the screen and he told me no with a bad attitude. So I ordered a sandwich but upset for the service I was receiving I decided not to buy anything and the guy disrespectfully told me get it out here and closed the window on me. Whoever was working at that time deserves to be educated about how to provide customer service

Wish I could give it no stars.
5 out of 5 time I've order here my order have been wrong/ missing ingredients, cold or stale. On top the employees have an attitude. This was around 10pm and 12am, all 5 times. 1 to many chances given. Never going back here again.

I once didn't have a very good experience here but wow did things change super clean super friendly and knowledgeable staff and also plenty of parking which was one of the reasons I stopped going to this Wendy's wake now there's plenty of parking everything is very nice everything is very clean and there's plenty of parking
