Pizza Hut

Terrible service by the Manager Carmen and smaller covid pizza excuse. We ordered 3 large pizzas all sealed for $31. Got home opened the boxes and the pizzas were all medium sized once we opened them trusting they were large. We called the store again and asked to speak to the manager Carmen at evening shift on Sunday, we told them to please refund us the money or at least charge us for 3 medium sized pizzas and she told us that we had to drive back with the unsealed opened pizzas to return them to get a refund. How the heck are you gonna return opened pizzas to sell them again. She wouldn't help us at all. Worst pizza service in Hialeah, never ordering there again. Mind as well go to Pizza Scene down the road or Anthony's in Miami Lakes.

It didn’t taste bad, but in no way, shape or form did it taste like a good old Pizza Hut supreme. There was barely green peppers or veggies that give it the crisp and flavor. I just spent $27 on one stuffed crust supreme including a $3.85 tip and I was left feeling super ripped off. Times are a changing and the quality of work and production are going so down hill and sucking. I’ve been ordering there since it probably opened and I haven’t in a while. I was craving a Pizza Hut supreme and now I wish I would’ve just drove to Taco Bell for half the price. Don’t want to be a Karen, but really disappointed that such a childhood staple for the past 40 years produced what I ate tonight for $27 in total.

We just left this Pizza Hut and I cannot tell you how happy we left. We left pleased with our service and we were beyond happy with the wonderful lady that took care of us. It was fast and food was delicious. I wish we would’ve had cash to tip because they really did an excellent job in making sure we were taken care of and our order was right. We will definitely be back!!! :)

They hung up on me when trying to place a carry out order. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes and the hold refreshing as if Someone picked up, the person came on and said they cannot take orders at the store, and they hung up.I drove to the store after placing the order online. When I checked my order at home I noticed they didn’t make the deep dish correctly. It looked like the box pizza. Very disappointed

Worst Pizza Hut. The have no education, bad service, they don’t tell you you need to wear a mask , or the store permits only two clients inside. The don’t talk to the clients with education, as a professional employee to a fully vaccinated client coming to pick up an order, they treat you with no common sense, no respect, with such arrogant and attitude, looks like they don’t want to work. Thanks to the clients they have a job and work.. the old lady as a manager is bad example for the employees.. then all of them do the same and treat you like sh..t.. those are the people that can’t grow up in life.. they will never be more than what they are.. from Pizza Hut to Mc Donald’s and from Mc Donald to Pizza Hut..
