I enjoy eating here, especially when I am in the neighborhood. This is my go-to spot for a quick bite at a reasonable price. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Customer service is also nice, but it could be a little better. The restaurant's cleanliness and portion size always impress me.

You can count on 2 things here. #1 Your order will always be given to you wrong #2 Employees will only speak to you in Spanish but then again it is in Hialeah 🤷♀️ Store is not kept clean, drive thru is inefficient and the bad attitude Employees are a great reflection of the management

Good Pollo, but now there's a Chickfillet and Golden Corral next.
Two trips on different days (lunch and dinner) (recently) a quarter of chicken including the breast way too small...it looks like they are getting smaller chickens in the market and charge the same price to get more profit. Baby chickens!

Pretty old and burn chicken and black beans were missing. Definitely nobody is in charge here about the taste and quality of the food.

Whenever I go in person they always make sure everything is in the bag and I’m rarely missing anything. However, without fail whenever I do an online order there is always something missing. And for some reason this location doesn’t allow you to have the crispy chicken. When I order it they always substitute the order with a burnt grilled chicken. Regardless in what the order is. I guess they only want to give it to you in house or something. Do not order from this place online or from any app you will guaranteed be disappointed in your experience with them.

It was horrible. I had the food delivered and I I had clear instructions for the food which were even printed on the receipt they gave me and the order was still wrong. I had to go to the store myself in order to get the right items. Had to go through the drive thru since indoor dining was already closed, this took 25 minutes. When I get to the window the manager was beyond rude, asks me to park to wait for the food and that they would bring it out to me, another 15 minutes go by. After which I had walk to the drive thru window only to find my food had been sitting there for a while and the ma ager was still being rude screaming that they were working on it when it had been ready for a while. Overall, one of the worst experiences I have had. Horrible management.

Every time I order from here via a delivery app they NEVER get the order right. They never include sauces which is crazy because it should be the easiest thing. Last time I ordered a salad they gave me just lettuce. No chicken no sauce just a bowl of lettuce. Get it together

They put the beans in an unsecured manner in the bag and it ended up tipping over and making a mess, thankfully in the bag and not my car but it was a frustrating experience and when I asked for sauce they just handed me 4 small containers with no bag, and rushed me along.
