Wendy's

This is the worse Wendy’s ever, my food was old. The nuggets was hard. The fries taste like it was made in old grease. Everybody act like they can’t speak English. I asked for a fully loaded bake potato and guess what ? It wasn’t fully loaded, they didn’t even give me the condiments for it. Just awful.

I come to this Wendy's frequently. Sometimes everything is great but at times such as today my. Burger was at room temperature. The fríes tested stale. They must set in place a time frame to through out the old products. It's a sacrifice that must be done to ensure the quality of meals being served to loyal customers. Another thing is that I haven't seen them open up their dining room for customers since the pandemic and I understand to some degree but they have taken it overboard . Mask mandates are about to be eliminated but I guess this store has grown comfortable with only serving drive through and nothing else. What is happening with the sense of service these days? I don't enjoy leaving negative feedback but this has gone on too long and it should be voiced.
