Burger King

My order was not too large but I was ordering for a family of 6. The service was horrible our fries were all cold, my burger was a promotional sourdough whopper that I received half cooked and it looked like someone to a bit out of my patty. I called to store only to find the number was disconnected. I called corporate who said someone would be in touch within 48hrs. No one ever called nor emailed. My daughter subsequently got sick the next day. Took her to the Dr. And they told me she had food poisoning but all she ate was the burger King we ordered because shortly after she complained of stomach pains and only wanted water. We will NEVER EVER eat here again

2 songs blasting at once? Can’t handle it. The lobby had 2 different songs playing at the same time, and the volume was unusually high. “All I need is a miracle” mashed up with Madonna’s “just like a prayer” made sparks shoot out of our brains as we tried to converse but couldn’t. We finally got the hell out of there because we were on the brink of insanity. The rodeo cheeseburger was good though.

Waited 20 minutes in line to hear nothing, then pulled up seen them serving a buddy of theirs food while making another vehicle wait behind them the whole time who they also denied food too. They were too lazy to get on the intercom and announce they were closed, and they didn’t tell their buddy to pull up so we who weren’t able to get food could leave. Very unprofessional. As I pull across the street to jack in the box I watch them rush out the door and into their cars leaving customers in the drive thru still. This was at 835 pm. Hours state they’re open till 11?
