Dunkin'

I tried to get a coffee and a donut but was met by a jumbled mess of that movable aisle tape and told by the two less than wonderful people who would have taken my order in the past…. You can use the touchscreen that is covered in fingerprints and powdered stuff from the booger pickers of the unknown number of customers before me. We just stand here to tell you to add your finger grease to the screen. No thanks if you can’t keep a screen clean to take my cash why would you keep the back any better. Flying j’s has better coffee and donuts.

Nobody in the lobby to assist with the ordering. This location is order by Kiosk or just drive thru for better service. I would not frequent this location. The service worker said ' Sorry for the wait but it's just the 2 of us working' I would have been sorry for you if there were more than 3 people in line but there wasn't. The lobby was clean and so were the bathrooms. The tables out side have bird excretions all over them so don't plan on sitting there.

Frosting on the donuts was melted as soon as they gave them to us. The little girl at the drive thru was rude and was too busy texting on her phone until she saw us pull up to the window and put it in her back pocket right away 🙄 If you're going to mess around on the clock... At least don't do it in front of customers 🤣🤣 I'm a retail manager and I have to yell at my employees for doing it and ignoring customers.

This place is always a disappointment, I don’t know what’s going on and what’s up with the management. Every time I order a hot coffee it’s warm and every time I order a iced coffee seems like they’re pre-making them or some thing, donuts and munchkins are in grade as well. Terrible, you think because it’s located right next to Hershey Park they would be better!

I never left a review before but this place is something else. Manager might literally be the dumbest person on the planet. We ordered 4 doughnuts and they gave us 3 different ones because they were “out”. If you’re out then tell us😐. The doughnuts literally looked like someone sat on them. I give this place another month before it becomes a royal farms.

stopped to used the bathroom as i don’t live close have over an hour drive home and as i was walking out they started talking about me and saying they should put up signs saying you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something. i get that and all but as i already have a dunkin tea in my car from an hr ago i am not going to buy another. very rude to talk about customers
