There’s this manager named Jeremy and he’s just absolutely FANTASTIC! Every time I go and he’s working it just makes the experience even brighter. He gets everything done speedy quick, which is appealing because it is a fast food restaurant. I swear he’d do anything for any customer. He’s so compassionate and has a great family, as well as great work ethic. Definitely a mctastic guy.

Go through the drive-through this morning. I asked for the list for hot coffees. The lady taking my order says do you want an iced coffee? I said no I want a hot coffee. She said ma’am an iced coffee isn’t hot! “No shit” I said ma’am I don’t want an iced coffee I want a hot coffee flavored caramel mocha something. She said OK I’ll give you a squirt of caramel in coffee. 🤦🏼♀️ What?? I was so late for work I didn’t have time to argue!!! So mad!!! So freaking mad!!

that Jeremy kid sure is a great manager. he works hard, is respectful & friendly even to the karens who think its burger king and they can have it their way. I only come to McDonald's when he's working and my food is always hot, fresh, and made correctly. anyone who has anything negative to say about him clearly needs to reevaluate life. give that guy a raise! down with the karens

My mom got sick from this place last time we ate here. I’ll only eat the ice cream and McNuggets from here. Go spend you money at a better establishment. The Red Onion has better chicken and burgers than you. It makes me sick when I eat here. Don’t waste your money here

There is a manager at Herrin mcdonalds who always treats me right I've contacted management several times about how he deserves a raise. I talked to management again today but I doubt anything will happen. He needs this raise to provide for his maiden and child. He even gave me a kiss on the cheek after serving me a wonderful meal he handcrafted.

Our food was cold. My Bicac was ordered extra Mac sauce no pickles, got no extra sauce and it had pickles. It's like the sandwich was made earlier and they just picked what they thought was pickles. The McChicken that was also ordered was all wrong. They do not listen very well in the drive through, or pay attention to the screen on the grill. This restaurant was by far the worst I've been to.

Listen, I live in Kansas City. Often times I drive to Herrin to visit family. This McDonald's is always a hot spot. There is a manager named Jeremy that works there. He's always willing to help. Tell him Adam sent you. Might get you an extra pickle.

Awesome place best place that I've been to compared to all the other McDonald's these people at least treat you with respect and orders are 98% of the time correct then come in here for over a year and will continue.
