I used to go to the Crisp and Juicy in Arlington. Used to be my favorite Peruvian chicken place. New job so i do not go that way anymore. I found a Crisp and Juicy in Herndon. Never noticed them being there. Decided to give the a try. The food was delicious as I remembered. This time i tried Carnita (steak argentine style) sandwich with fried plantains and black beans. All i can say is WOW!. Absolutely spot on. A no nonsense sandwich, Carnita, fried onions and green peppers. Not too much onion and green peppers. Just right. No lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise. Just a simple and tasty sandwich. I used to only get the grill combination platter that comes with a 1/4 chicken, carnita, chorizo, cole slaw, fries. I think the sandwich will be my goto.
Good food and great quality. My go to place for lunch. My favorite are, Gruyere Sandwich and 1/2 chicken platter. Great side options specially fried yuca and Arroz Chaufa rice.
Usually crowded during lunchtime.
I was a bit in a rush and had the Aloha Chicken Breast sandwich. It wasn't too bad but the chicken felt bit too dry for me.
This location is pretty good. The chicken is always fresh and hot. This trip it was a little salty. The location is very clean from the kitchen to the dining area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The side items were nm ot as fresh. The yuca fries had been fried prior to me ordering them and I could tell. Good for a quick stop at lunch. The parking lot is terribly designed so parking is an issue at lunch time but it's worth five minutes of driving around.
The name says it all. I normally don't give chains high ratings but THIS PLACE. Just walk in and watch the chicken on the rotisserie ground juices on the wood coals. It's enough to stir your appetite. I got the super plate which was a half chicken and 2 sides. I tried rice & beans and primavera rice just to see the difference and it was very filling. Honestly I didn't pay attention to much else apart from the food. The staff was very nice and greeted me as if they ate excited to serve.
Will go again.

I stopped in for the first time today on the recommendation of a colleague, and picked up the family platter. Family platter feeds 4 humans who eat a reasonable portion size, and includes a good portion of 3 sides. The chicken had excellent flavor and was seasoned absolutely perfectly! All the sauces are good, but the green spicy sauce was my favorite.
The guy at the counter was very pleasant and even upsold me some flan. Of course I bought some because......ummm flan... always try the flan :)
I got the ceaser chicken sandwich. It was pretty decent. Fries weren't anything to brag over but the fried yuka potatoes were pretty tasty for my first time.
Nice place, good prices. The chicken is a good option for meal. The 1/2 chicken is big and very tasty. Spice sauces. Very good price.
The staff is super friendly. The side portion are quite generous. They also have a numerous selection of sandwiches.
It has been named Charred Grill. Burger was delicious and cooked to perfection. Everyone at my table raved about it.
