Wishing there were more than 5 stars! I went to this restaurant every week with my boyfriend as was always treated with such welcome and hospitality. Not to mention, the quality of the fish is the best in town. I highly recommend this quiet spot to anyone who enjoys really good sushi.

Very good sushi restaurant. Good size fish portions, great presentation, and of course, very tasty. The rolls were large, the sushi fish-to-rice ratio is excellent, and the combo/Bento box was plentiful and filling. The price was reasonable as well.

Rolls are so big you lose the delicate essence sushi is supposed to have. They should go back to the basics. Not worth the price in my opinions.
If huge rolls with too much mayo base are your thing, this place is a 5/5. If you prefer high end flavors, move on

Very much lives up to its name.
My hot sake was a bit lukewarm and the rolls were not as fresh as other places, but they have some VERY generous lunch specials and cheap sides, so overall I was satisfied by my visit.
I saw a lot of other patrons get take out, so maybe that's the way to go.

This is the worst sushi I've had in a while. All the fish is obviously defrosted from the fridge and tastes like it. All the chef's choice nigiri was disgusting, the tuna roll and the blue crab roll.

Definitely the BEST Sushi in Southern California. Nothing even comes close. I went there when it first opened and continued for many years after. Fish is HIGH QUALITY. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Highly Recommend.

Good quality fish. The lunch specials are a good deal: I've enjoyed the bento box and sushi/sashimi combo a few times, and treated a co-worker friend to lunch here earlier, and even picked up a couple of rolls for his family after work today.
