Not a bad Sushi experience at all. Very friendly staff and some great dishes beyond the Sushi bar norm. There was a very strong variety of patrons both tourists and locals which was interesting to say the least. The way the location is branded and presented is definitely a win in its own right so enjoy your surroundings. The beach is just a few blocks away! #sushi

My experience was humiliating here from jump. When I walk in I waited 10mins and everyone seem to busy to show me a seat. When I seated myself, immediately someone came to correct me to a different spot. Ok, so I figured maybe they’re busy. But 5 mins later when a Caucasian couple came in they were immediately seated. So I’m looking at the menu waiting for someone to come take my order, as I’m waiting I notice servers attending to that couple that just walked in, yet no one has even bothered to offer me water. I decided to sit back as I turned on my timer to wait and see how long it would take for a server to come take my order. Well it took 1hr 30mins before someone casually walked by me and said “Are you ordering anything today?” I politely said “maybe about an hour ago, but I’ll take a black tea for now” Meanwhile I was starving but I could not support this kind of service. So while I’m drinking my tea, I hear someone say directly behind me, “we have to clear out some customers to make room for our reservation party” I then turned around and ask if they worked there and the person proudly boasted that he was the owner of the joint. I then proceeded to ask for my bill, it was extremely obvious my presence was not wanted there. I Felt so humiliated and discriminated against it was like experiencing what my ancestors went through in modern day. Racism is like a iPhone it’s face change’s with time

1st of all I love this restaurant, 2nd of all I'm not a giant fan of sushi! Been here twice in the last 2 months for special occasions and all of the appetizers and entrees I've sampled have all been absolutely delicious. All of them were plated beautifully and photo ready lol. The staff is stellar! Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the dishes to us which was very helpful. The restaurant is practically on the beach so it has that cool, casual beachy vibe while still maintaining it's modern and trendy look. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's perfect for date night, celebrations or just any time you want to have some good food. They also offer several dishes that are non sushi related a kids menu and have a full bar. (I got my 75 year old mom to do a sake bomb!) Also, there's a public parking lot within walking distance if you're not lucky enough to get a meter spot. Personally I can't wait to go back!

Cool place to hang out right across from the pier. They have fancy drinks and sushi rolls that are kind of pricy but tasted delicious. You can get the edamame appetizer spicy or regular. A lot of their sushi rolls have some kind of heat in them, so it was kind of difficult for me to choose something non-spicy because I don't like too much heat. Ended up getting the Manhattan Roll, which was crispy shrimp, cucumber, avocado on the inside and tuna, yellowtail, salmon on the outside. The service is very nice and friendly, and it was a great environment to hang out at the high top tables and just chat and catch up until closing time on a Saturday night.

Honestly amazing. I’ve tried multiple places after moving up to this area and this has to be the best. Not only the best sushi but the best atmosphere. The owner truly cares about his establishment and it shows. If you get a chance to go in and meet the father son duo of Micheal and Kyle you are in for a treat! My fiancé and I not only had such a good time hanging out there but also couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. Our sushi chef Beto was phenomenal. The fish was amazing but the chef made the experience. Highly recommend.
