Loved every bit of my Broccoli Cheddar Soup & Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich with an Ice Tea and devoured it:-) Added Chocolate Chip Cookies ๐Ÿช and was in Heaven just for a few seconds ๐Ÿ˜‹. As they say in Hollywood, "I'll be BACK"!!! Still AMAZING everytime:-)

We waited more than 25 minutes for 2 salads at 11am on a weekday. Tables and floor both needed a good clean, but the high chairs were completely unacceptable. There were many high chairs to choose from and each one was filthy dirty. Our food was good, but the lunch was ruined because of the dirty conditions.

The food was good once I asked them to remake it. Originally, my macaroni came out looking like reheated leftovers, but they were nice when I asked them to remake it. Quite a few of the tables needed cleaned as well.

Food and service were as expected but I was really surprised to see people refilling personal travel mugs at the coffee and drink stations. To me that is not acceptable during a pandemic. I may return but will definitely not be getting any drinks there.

Yesterday I ordered 2 sandwiches, a tuna sandwich and a Mediterranean veggie. When we opened the bag there was only one sandwich, when we opened the sandwich it was a disgusting combination of both sandwiches. We called to complain about this issue and the employee said that our story was not consistent and could only give us store credit. The receipt said 2 sandwiches not this horrific Frankenstein creation.

Panera has two of my favorite lunch duos ... Soup and sandwich, however, despite the tasty selections the price is getting too steep for more than the occasional stop. It cost almost $40 for two of us to have lunch (you pick two.. of course) and a medium drink. Compare this to $10 to $12 at Dairy Queen lunch and it's getting harder to justify the high prices. Love their breads and pastries, love their selections, but honestly if another soup-n-sandwich bar was to open tomorrow offering a decent sandwich/soup at a reasonable cost ... I would be front and center.

Love meeting clients and friends for a bite and to catch up. Always fresh, always delicious. Love that they still make a Sierra Turkey even if it's off-menu! And a bakery dessert is a must -life's too short, eat the pastry!
