Starbucks

I ordered a cappuccino and I’ve been noticing maybe the past year or so it’s not foamy at all, it’s all mixed together, tastes the same as a latte. It’s also way too hot it shouldn’t be burning your tongue when you get it. Maybe the heat is affecting the foam? Or just not taking the time to foam it? Its only a warm milky taste. No coffee or espresso taste. I used to order my lattes topped off with black coffee to get a coffee taste. It should be better than this, it says Starbucks on the door, which always meant a reliable coffee drink. It’s been slow service here, but today was quick. There’s also lots of turnover like any other place. Friendly though and that’s nice and important. The two stars is also because I’m always hoping Starbucks would do better with clean organic coffee.

I couldn't go through drive thru because it was so full the line of cars was hanging out into the highway. Noone can even turn into the plaza. So I went in the other parking lot entrance and parked and went inside only to be told that there was at least a 45 min wait for most beverages. ( including the latte I wanted
