Jack in the box has some of the best quality fast food around. Staff are usually polite. However, they are frequently out of multiple menu items with no indication on their drive-thru menu. The wait can get over 20 minutes and doesn't feel like fast food anymore.

the food is good for what you’d expect at a cheap fast food. i can say though they do mess up your orders sometimes. it’s kinda common so i tend not to go here as much. other than that it’d be five stars.

The hours state that the drive through is open 24 hours. I pulled up around 11 and there was a car blocking the drive thru entrance and the door locked, yet still people inside. That seemed to just be standing there.

Never open it seem like iv pulled in to the lot at 10:30 and they will have the drive trow blocked other day there closed by 11pm. today at 12:05 am 3/23/2022 we pull up to the speaker and they clamed the just closed... online has clamed there 24 hours but there not... this place is a joke and never open when i get in to town come home from work... it would be nice if i could get food more regularly...

Can't tell if they are closed or don't want to sell any breakfast.
I thought they were 24 hrs.
Nobody will respond at the speaker.
Some work early and every other JIB I've been to was steadfast and consistent.

Edit: Here's a photo for you months after you say it shouldn't happen. Out of curiosity I looked at old reviews and found one from four years ago with same complaint. Ownership obviously doesn't care how things are run and only offers lip service responding to reviews.
Why is it that there often is an employee car blocking the drive thru at night and you can't get service? It's happened enough that I no longer consider it an option if looking for a late dinner.

Without a doubt and consistently the worst service. The management here in Hermiston is rude whomever supervises them was a pleasure to deal with. They get the orders wrong regularly then if they are busy and you try calling to inform them the order was wrong they just don't answer the phone for an hour or longer. We have eaten there for years. The last 3 years have gotten worse and worse. Don't waste your time or money.

The wait in drive through was way to long and there were only 2 other cars in front of me and evidently they don't have drive thru parking for orders that take time so food wasn't hot it was warm at best
